Warranty Policy

At Oradenix, we are committed to providing high-quality dental products for professional users. All eligible products are covered by a limited warranty as specified on the individual product page.

This Warranty Policy covers product performance issues occurring during proper professional use after delivery.
It does not replace the Return & Refund Policy applicable to delivery-related claims.

1. Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies only to products used under normal professional dental conditions and covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Improper use or handling

  • Failure to follow professional operating guidelines

  • Normal wear and consumable parts

  • Unauthorized modification or repair

  • Damage during improper storage or sterilization

Oradenix reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after technical evaluation.


2. Warranty Claim Requirements

To ensure efficient processing and prevent abuse, customers submitting a warranty claim must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos showing the defect

  • Video evidence when requested

  • Description of usage conditions

Incomplete submissions may result in delayed or denied claims.


3. Resolution Options

After review and verification, Oradenix will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Troubleshooting guidance

  • Replacement of defective parts

  • Product repair

  • Partial or full replacement (when applicable)

The chosen solution will be based on the nature of the issue and product condition.


4. Return Authorization (Important)

Do NOT return any products without prior authorization.

If a return is required:

  • Customers must obtain written approval from Oradenix

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at sender’s expense

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging of returned items

Oradenix is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.


5. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

Products confirmed to have manufacturing defects upon arrival may qualify for replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Evidence must be submitted within 7 days

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Verification by Oradenix technical team is required

After approval, Oradenix will arrange the appropriate resolution and cover applicable shipping costs.


6. Out-of-Warranty Support

For products outside the warranty period, customers may still contact support@oradenix.com for technical assistance. Paid repair or replacement options may be offered when applicable.


7. Professional Use Statement

All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for trained dental professionals.

Oradenix is not liable for damages or issues arising from non-professional use, misuse, or use in violation of local regulations.
