This Return & Refund Policy applies to order-related issues upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Quality Standards

Oradenix is a professional provider specializing in high-precision dental loupes and accompanying headlights. We are committed to delivering high-performance optical tools that meet rigorous technical standards. Every device is factory-tested to ensure that dental professionals receive brand-new, precision-calibrated equipment.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Custom Product Terms

To qualify for a return or exchange, the request must be submitted within 45 days of delivery.

Item Condition:

The item may be used for a trial, but you must keep the original packaging and all tags intact. The complete original packaging is required for any return to be processed.

Customized Loupes Policy:

Because we manufacture our loupes according to your specific pupillary distance (PD), they are considered custom-made devices. If you find it difficult to adapt to your new loupes, we offer two professional solutions:

1) A full refund with a restocking fee applied for the custom barrels placement.

2) Revision and debugging of the loupe at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and operational integrity, returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:

Items damaged due to improper handling, accidental drops, or unauthorized disassembly.

Damage caused by human factors or misuse.

Damage arising from use by non-dental professionals.

4. Return Authorization (RMA) Process

Do not ship items back without prior written approval. Please contact support@oradenix.com with your Order Number and proof of any defects (photos or videos).

Our team will review the claim within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Oradenix covers return shipping for verified defects or seller errors. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Professional Support & Guidance

For non-defective products, we offer 100% technical support instead of standard returns. If you have trouble adjusting your equipment or require ergonomic guidance, our specialists are available for consultations to ensure you achieve optimal results with your Oradenix gear.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered in transit and cannot be canceled or modified.

8. Professional Use Notice

All products sold on this website are intended for trained dental professionals only. Oradenix is not responsible for issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or use in violation of local medical regulations.
