At Oradenix, we are committed to supporting our professional customers while maintaining fair and transparent policies.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to order-related issues upon delivery.
For product performance issues after use, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Due to the professional and hygienic nature of dental products, returns for non-quality reasons may be limited or declined.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Opened or used consumables

  • Sterile products with broken seals

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to improper use

Oradenix reserves the right to determine return eligibility after review.

3. Return Authorization Required (Important)

Do not return any item without prior authorization.

To request a return:

  • Contact us at support@oradenix.com

  • Provide order number and reason for return

  • Wait for written return instructions

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

4. Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Oradenix

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • For verified product defects or seller error → Oradenix covers return shipping

  • For non-quality returns (if approved) → Customer is responsible for return shipping

Customers must ensure proper packaging. Oradenix is not responsible for damage caused during return transit.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us promptly.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

7. Professional Use Notice

All products sold on this website are intended for trained dental professionals only.

Oradenix is not responsible for issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or use in violation of local regulations.

Oradenix reserves the right of final interpretation.
